I'm having trouble wiring in an after market remote starter with keyless entry on my '97 F150. The remote stater seems to work fine, but I just can't figure out what wires to hook the keyless entry wires into. I know I need two relays with an alternate power supply, I'm only having trouble figuring out which of the five wires I need to run this system through. (this truck was not originally equiped with keyless entry)

Mike, I'm assuming you have power door locks in your truck! The wires (for a 98') are located in the kick panel behind the parking brake. The lock wire is Pink/Yellow and unlock is Pink/Green. You will need to wire seperate relays, sending a negative pulse for each function. If this is'nt enough info try searching this board. This has been discussed thoroughly many times. Good luck. ennis
