Ever since the dealer did a fix for the door crack problem (mine was the preventative fix with the inner door shims) my window on the driver's side makes a clunking sound about two seconds after the window has been lowered. Is the motor about to die? Perhaps the problem has nothing to do with the dealer TSB work on the door in the first place. Any ideas? The truck is still in warranty.... F150 4x4 XLT.

 

It could be they misadjusted the window regulator or tracks when the TSB was done, I would take it back and explain what was done and how this new problem came along after they worked on it. Their problem-they should fix it. Keep pushing them if you need to, they will fix it.
