Does anyone have strobe lights in their trucks, or are they just for Ricegrinders.. If you were to install them ,,where would you put them????THX

 

I've bought a set of strobe lights a month ago real cheap. I haven't installed them yet but I think when I do, I will put them inside the tail lights and front corner lights.https://www.f150online.com/galleries...ew.cfm?num=376

 

I bought a cheap set from Jegs (less than $50). Mounted them in the tail lamps (clear portion..backup light lens). Ran wires to a switch under the dash. They are not too bright, but if I'm on the side of the road, it's helps to get the attention of other drivers. Used strictly as an emergency flasher.

 

I have thought about installing them too. It's just not for the riceboys. I see a lot of vehicles with them. Just remember it is illegal to use them while driving. They may cause old people to get confused and drive off the road!

I have installed a set on my truck.
Kinda disappointed had wires running everywhere.
I put mine behind my grill it looks awesome for a show look, the whole grill lights up. Although around here your not aloud to have them on while drivng or you will get pulled over.

 

I have a single strobe, but mine is mounted on my windshield as I run for a fire department.

 

I have a 97 f150 4x4 and am going to put the clear corner lights on it. Once I do that, I may put a strobe kit in the lenses. I setup police cars at work and I think I am going to put the same type of kit in ( 40W power supply with clear corner strobs from Able2) as the cars use.
