Ok so my son has a 99 f150 5.4 ok he got this truck because Because the previous owner thought the motor was locked up. It was not it was the AC compressor we've changed that. Also, the keys were locked when we get the truck now we've bought. A 2005 4F150.I've swapped the computer, ignition keys obviously what else needs swapped to have the 99 start cause we drove the 00 home call me stupid but what else do u need to do does te cluster need swapped I swapped the receiver around the ignition cylinder and still nothing it acts like it wants to but no fire and no headlights no fire at all even on fuel into throttle boddie help and please no insulting comments I'm asking for help not insults please and thanks if I wanted to be criticized I would get a wife or a no it all mechanic thanks

 

You mean a 2000 F150 5.4? Yes, the cluster needs to be swapped. The cluster, keys, and PCM all have to be "married" and reprogrammed to VIN.
