Power Window ONLY works in the cold

To start the truck has a new switch, motor, and actuator.
1998 F150 3 door

I inherited the truck last summer (2023) and the driver side power window did not work. I replaced the switch, motor, and actuator and the window worked for about two weeks. Since this is Arizona, and I replaced it in the summer I was using the A/C for the most part so I didn't worry about it too much. But in the past two weeks we have had cold nights (below 40 degrees F...yes, that is cold for these parts) and I discovered that the window would go up and down a few times (presumably before the internal mechanisms warmed up), but then nothing until the truck sat in the cold again.

Please note: the window DOES NOT work when it is WARM, but it DOES work when it is COLD.

Any ideas would be great.

Tim
