Help!!!! Windows and radio don’t work!!!! 04 F150

I been working on this for a year now sense I have owned the truck. I have checked and swapped the acc delay relay with the high beams that didn’t work. Checked for voltage at the door switch and got nothing. My radios clock works but won’t play music. This is the strange part I jumped the windows power to the radios constant 12 v and both started working of course the windows blew the radio fuse. I found where the windows power wire is at the fuse box in the passenger kick panel. And the acc delay relay switched power wire isn’t putting out any power with the key on connections look good the breaker is good. My next step is just buying a new fuse box any thing helps

Well, you need to fix THAT issue in order for the radio and windows to work.

Is the instrument cluster providing the proper signal to energize the ADR?

Does the cluster appear to be working correctly?

I had this issue just the other week with my truck as I think I bumped a wire I was using to test as I was adding puddle lights to my 12th gen mirror mod I did.

It ended up being fuse 21 which is the cluster keep alive power. I pretty much crapped my pants because my cluster wasn't lighting up properly, the windows weren't working, and the radio wasn't doing anything. But the truck would start and lights and stuff would work.

Not saying that's your issue but it was with mine everything else worked perfectly once I replaced that fuse.

Ironically I had just posted a video on my YouTube channel about this because I had a feeling people would start to run into it haha.

A loss of power from F21 will cause symptoms that include those the OP mentioned as well as significantly more, including a cluster that doesn't work properly and a charging system that is dead. Unless he has these additional problems, he doesn't have a an F21 circuit issue.

Sure. Just need more detailed symptoms from the OP to see if that is a valid path for him.
