2016 F-150 Electrical Issues- Sudden Turn Off
I have had electrical issues over the past ten months. First, I had a low break fluid warning and the map light would flicker, accompanied by the dome lights remaining on while driving. I took this to my dealership and after a few weeks of it being at dealership, they replaced the entire brake system, which did not address the problem. The problems persisted, so I brought it back the following week. They then replaced the battery as it was draining. Two weeks later the problems persisted, but added that I could not put truck into gear, it would lock up, I could not open the doors or roll down the windows. So, they changed the body control module. Fast forward 7 months, the lights start to flicker, battery light comes up, brake fluid comes up. Then, as I am getting ready to take it to the dealership, boom, I am driving car goes from 40 to 0, electrical goes haywire. I am stuck on road, can't open doors, had to climb out of the back. Sitting at dealership now, waiting to be looked at, they say it will be a week until they can look at it. I have the Ford Care warranty and have an agent trying to deal with the dealership to speed up the assessment, as it has been at the dealership for over a month combined over the past seven months. Has anyone experienced this type of issue before with the electrical, and has anyone had similar issues with a dealership not getting to the fix in a timely manner?
Have they did an alternator test or replaced the alternator?
Sure sounds like the charging system isn't working, and from past experience, those symptoms are indicative of alternator or grounding problems.

They are replacing the body control module again, it was replaced 6 months ago. Not sure what is going on
