Changed alternator not the theft stuck on

Hi I have a 2003 Ford f150 my alternator is spiking real high on the voltmeter changed it out now I have a step light stuck on no odometer no power windows I've changed my driver's door so I don't have a key for the driver's door the quicker does not turn my alarm off is this possibly a bad ECM I need help need to get this truck going any ideas anybody other than go to a dealer

Changed alternator and theft system won't shut down

Hi guys new here so I don't even know if it's going to work but I changed my alternator cuz my voltage was spiking real high now my theft light stuck on I got no dome lights my windows won't work I changed the driver's door so I don't have a key for it I do have the key fob it won't shut the security down any ideas possible maybe ECM went bad there's another way to shut that security off please help it's only be a car I have I'm stuck
