Need all the help I can get

I have a 1997 ford f150 4.2 v6 automatic transmission 2 wheel drive 8 ft bed single cab with 155000 miles on it. I've experienced my truck shuts off while driving. First my headlights, stereo and gauges to down, then the truck beeps a few times then shuts off and wont restart. The beep sounds like it's coming from passenger side of the dash. So far I've done oil change, changed fuel filter, replaced 02 sensors, new air filter, new coil pack, new spark plugs and wires, new idle air controle valve, new battery, new altenator and new belt.

After shutting off, does the starter spin the engine as fast as it usually does?

Check ALL of your grounds. It might be a grounding issue.

That also includes checking the fuse boxes for underlying corrosion.

Good luck...

Years ago I had similar issues with my old 97. the windshield leaking on the driver's side was the culprit. There are vital electrical components under that side of the windshield.
