Hey all! So recently I’ve been having this issues with my 2009 F-150 XLT. When I go to turn on the truck, once it hits the on position the horn chirps 3 times rapidly. The truck will start fine, I was just curious if this could be disabled? Maybe unhooking the battery for a little might work?

 

Check your hood switch located on the drivers side inside fender. If its not making contact, it thinks that your hood is open.

 

Ok! I’ll try that! How do I know if it’s making contact?
