Battery drained

I have a 2000 Expedition EB 5.4L, I've checked my alternator and battery and both check good. Every morning when i go turn the truck it wont turn, unless I hook up the battery with jumper cables. I checked with a meter on the negative terminal being disconnected from negative post. The meter read .50 amps, but once I removed Fuse # 103 which is Junction Block Battery Feed, the meter reads zero. Has anyone had this similar problem and what was your solution? Thanks would really appreciate any help.

As posted 9 years before in the other thread by projectSHO89:

F103 supplies the under dash fuse box.

Go to it and continue your process of pulling one fuse at a time.

One caveat: You should bypass the driver's door latch so the GEM thinks the door is closed, then wait for the timeout - around 30-45 minutes - for the battery saver circuit to power down.
