Electrical problem fixed thanks to old thread

I have a 2004 f150 v8 that all the lights heater radio and hazard lights were flashing as soon as I turned anyone of them on and a p1233 code stored but no engine light was on.thanks to a really old thread the guy said check passenger side kick panel under fuse block, sure enough severe rust and the floating ground wasn’t attached anymore.relocated ground and now everything works and no codes are being set.just wanted to say this has been my go to site when I’m stuck vs spending a gob of money at shop thanks for all the help.
