F150 2012 key fob will unlock truck but won't lock the truck. Can't use command start. One fob wouldn't lock about six months ago & now both key fobs are doing the same thing? I have check the batteries, all good there. Loose connection??

 

Probably the button is shot or there is a bad solder joint on the board.
