Got a 99 f150 5.4 4wd auto cheap cause the whole interior electrical system doesn't work, Save for the Dashboard ,ignition and all massjacket switches Blinkers and the like. Truck'll run and drive fine but Radio, interior Lights, windows, power mirrors, AC heat fan all don't work. Any clue where to start? I've checked fuses but Not much else. I don't have the truck with me, It's a couple hours away in storage.

Side note But It doesn't run anymore, I shouldn't trust people but previous owner didn't run antifreeze, Cracked block and hydrolocked.. So I plan to fix electrical while replacing 4wd vacuum hoses and actuator, And while the motor is out.

 

I have a feeling it's the GEM and the fusebox on the kickpanel. I betcha the windshield was leaking.

Not for nothing, it sounds like the previous people you mention, didn't give a rats hoot about the poor truck.
