gauge cluster repair recommendations

I'm looking to fix my temp needle on my gauge cluster since its pegged beyond the "H" mark. I've done the sweep gauges method and even replaced the battery but the needle still won't budge. Anyone have any shop recommendations or have any experience with this company (link) below

Ouch! They want $249 to rebuild that cluster..................

I've seen cluster repair for less than $100 on Ebay.

250 is wayyy too much imo. Tanin auto seems like a pretty good deal. Not sure about eBay and the quality coming from there. Has anyone had good experience with eBay clusters?
