Hello & Advice Needed, Please

Thanks for making this forum available. I also apologize for not signing in here before I had a problem!

I have tried searching answers to my problem, but I think I’m just not using the right terminology for the search function to recognize.

Here ‘tis:

At the rear of my center column is a 120v socket and 12v socket. No power is coming out of them, although the green led on the 120 socket is lit. The fuse appears ok (although I admit to having no experience with these small square fuses).

I’ve popped the 120v socket off the column and the plug looks ok and is firmly attached.

I have no idea why both sockets are dead, unless they are interconnected somewhere.

Any thoughts? Your advice is appreciated!

All best.

Well, I guess this one will require me to drive to Ford. Dang, I hate that! I was hoping it was something I could fix at home.

I remember watching a Youtube video a while back about those 120v sockets lighting up green, but not working. I think they brought it to dealer. You might want to try searching on Youtube... but I couldn't find anything when I quickly looked it up.
