Front blinkers not working

Ok so i put some retro fit headlights on my 2014 lariat with some switchback led strips inside the headlights and they worked fine for like the first month then all of a sudden the front blinkers stopped working, the parking lights work but not the blinkers I have ran through every possible solution and couldn’t figure it out but I did find that the wire that sends the signal for the blinkers have no power at all

You will want to do some testing with a DMM.

A DMM is a digital multimeter... AKA a Fluke meter, volt meter, etc.

You'll want to check to see if you have corresponding voltage. If you don't you can then do some other tests with it to determine the fault.
