My F150 (4.6L) instrument panel's top isn't lighting up completely. I've replaced all bulbs with blue LEDs and the top part still didn't light up completely. The bottom and middle portions of the cluster light up completely, but as it transitions to the top, it gets dimmer, almost not lit up at all. What should I do?

 

I betcha that it is the solder joints or the traces on the board.

I recommend finding a new cluster.
