Trying to remove my fuse box. Need help

Hi all,
I'm trying to remove the fuse box in the the inside panel of the cabin on the passenger seat side.
There is a black cover that fits over the cable coming from the battery. Does it just slide off or is there some kind of tab that has to be depressed first? What's the trick? Thanks.

I don't see or fell a tab. If you go to this link and can view for yourself.

You PULL the tab named PULL. I see it right there in the ebay pic. I've opened them before.

I mean the cover over the hot wire coming from the battery. I had to semi-trash it to get it off. When I finally got it off, there was 1 tab but. The cover was pretty tight and not sliding off when the tab was depressed. I'll just use duct tape to secure the cover when I put everything back together.
