My 2004 F-150 super crew was sitting up for about 10 months. I recently put a remanufactured engine in it and its running great. However; every time I turn it off the lights all flash as is the factory security system is going off. Any ideas on how to fix this?

It sounds like it needs to be reprogrammed. Probably take it to a Ford dealer.
