had to replace P/S line on 2001 f-250 S-D w/ 7.3 D when i got back together & turned the key on I could hear the c/d player switching discs around but the radio isn't on so I hit the power button & tried to turn the vol. down but instead it got louder the windows won't work and batt. gauge is falling fast. what the hell happened ??? the only elec. I touched was the batt.

 

Check your ground connections. All of them.

 

thanks , already did that cause it sounds crazy enough to be a ground problem

 

You might want to also check relay #306.
