seatbelt minder wiring

(used) 2002 F150 supercrew
I wish to get the seatbelt minder back to operating (weird, I know), tried the 9 step proceedure and it doesnt work. i want to chase the harness to its end if necessary

I would go to any Ford dealer and ask them to show you how the seat belt function works. I would doubt they would charge you.
