What year is the truck? I assume it's a F150?
It may or may not have been subject to a recall. If it was, the recall may or may not have been done. If it was done, there's a fuse in the harness going to the disconnect switch on the master cylinder. The switch itself may be leaking brake fluid, which is why they put the recall harness on - a leak would short the system out and start fires, the fuse would protect it. If this is the case, the switch and harness needs to be replaced. Otherwise, fuse location is in your owner's manual. If you don't have one, download it:
