Is there a reset for the ignition on a 2001 150 pick-up

I am working on a 2001 Ford 150 pick-up changing an AC line and can't get the truck started after finishing. It cranks but no spark

Short answer is "no".

Which engine? Which specific AC line did you replace? What procedure did you follow?
