2013 Ford F150, Homelink, Visors, Headlamps

My 2013 Ford F150 homelink, visor lights, front head lamps will not work. I have looked at my owners manual to try and locate a blown fuse but my manual doesn't list any of these. Does anyone know which fuse I need to look for? I'm assuming that if it is a fuse it will be located in the passenger compartment fuse panel. The only fuses listed in the manual that make any sense are #4 (Interior Lamps) and #12 (Interior lighting, puddle lamps, backlighting, cargo lamp). I have checked these two fuses and they look fine. I can try replacing them anyway to see if that will work. I just want to know which fuse controls the Homelink and Visor Lights.

The vanity mirror lamps and the Homelink module are powered off the Battery Saver Relay from fuse F4 in the BCM. The front map lights are also on that same feed.
