2016 Ford F150 XLT 4X4

is my ford f150 12V/24V DC negative ground? Bought an after market backup camera that can damage my truck if it is not this electrical system design? Owners manual doesn't say.

All 12 volt American vehicle electrical systems are negative ground. Just follow the negative battery cable back from the battery, you will see it attached to ground somewhere.

F150's do not have 24 volt electrical systems.
