help with pats and instrument cluster

2000 f150. it has pats with no keys at all i have a instrument cluster off of a 97 or 98 f150 and chipped key off the exact same truck i need to ether adapt it to my truck or just somhow run pats through it

Won't work.

Get new keys made for the original cluster.

97/98 didn't have PATS
Also the cluster is different with mechanical mileage, VS digital display

Most quality locksmiths can cut and program a key for you
