Hot wire

I'm trying to hookup a bossplow to a 04 f150 and I can't find a spot for the hot wire does anyone have any clue on where I can tap into?

What do you need a always hot circuit for and how big of a fuse is it ?

I'm with SSCULLY, what kind of amperage and does it need to be always hot?
