Engine won't shut off even after key is removed

Hi all,

I turn the key off, take it out of the ignition and the truck functions the same as if the key is still in the ignition in the on position......radio on, AC on, I can put it in drive and go.
Crazy.

08 SCREW - 5.4l with 150k miles
with ford installed auto start - not sure if that has anything to do with it.

- I've noticed for the past few months that the auto dooor locks don't always lock the truck immediately after putting it in drive and moving. This is intermittant. generally locks after starting off again from a light....that's the only way I even noticed this.
- While driving it to Ford to get them to look at it the door locks were all in the up position for about 6 miles before finally locking after taking off from a light. When I stopped at Ford the truck would then turn off.
- I can no longer turn the key to the left to provide power to the radio while sitting. This was the case when the truck wouldn't turn off as well as after the truck finally turned off.
I don't know when this issue started.....just realized it after I couldn't turn the truck off.

I told Ford that it was probably the cylider.

Ford just called:
a) they say I have a weak cylinder and it needs to be replaced.
b) they say that I most likely have a problem with the anti-theft and that the brain needs to be replaced as well.
c) The auto start may not work again after the fix....or it may have to be disabled.
Total bill is $1k

Anyone else been through this?
I'm doubting the anti-theft diagnosis. I think they're stumped and are just throwing parts at it, but I could be wrong.
