98 f150 driver window and mirror issues

Hi I have a 98 f150 that the driver window won't go up or down and makes no noise and the same mirror will only adjust out not in. Do you have any suggestions?

Did you check the power window fuse, while installed, from a known good ground to each pin on the back of the fuse ?

Yes I did. The guy that owned it before me said he took it in to get fixed and they replaced a relay but with in a week it was out again. But I don't know what relay was replaced so I could start trailing wires

Did you check for + VDC at the power window switch to a known good ground ?
- Keep in mind you need the key in the accessory or run position before testing.

This is the light blue w/ black stripe wire.
