Door ajar light
hi all I have a 97 f150 and my door ajar light won't shut off and the dinger won't stop with the key in, or out ,I tried wd40 and pb blaster in the latch and it still continues any help is appreciated.

Have you had a lot of rain as of late or washed the truck a lot ?
Is there signs of water on the top edge of the carpet up on the firewall or behind the carpet ?
