I have a 2002 F150 equipped with a car alarm that came with the new vehicle. I will say it is a factory alarm but I may be wrong. The alarm remains activated and I cannot disable it even with the key in the ignition as I have done in the past. The alarm horn will not shut off and I cannot even start the vehicle. I have tried to find a valet or service switch and the only thing I seem to have installed is just a lamp underneath the driver's control panel. I had to disconnect the battery to stop it from going off. In the meantime I cannot even move it from my driveway. Any advice as to what it may be? Is there a way to disable it until I find a more permanent fix?
