Exclamation Air bag light flashing???

So my air bag light started flashing 1-9-1-9-1-9.... Solid.

Checked the front impact sensor it looks fine. passenger airbag connection is working.

Any suggestions? Google really isn't helping on this one.

Google works fine for me - "ford airbag code 19"

Code 19 is a fault in the driver's side airbag circuit. It's frequently a bad clock spring - does your horn and cruise work?

More details:

EDIT: Seems to me there was a recall affecting the airbags - contact your local dealer with your VIN and tell them what's going on.

Alright so my steering wheel controls have started flickering now, any guesses what might be wrong? Is it that clock spring?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks again guys
