Define "doesn't do anything" - in detail. Does it rev and not move, does it NOT rev ( e.g. tach does not budge), does it try to move? What does it sound like ....etc.

Have you tried starting from 2nd gear? Or even third? What aboot reverse ?

No DTC's does NOT mean possible stored pending codes are not present. Basic reader will not capture those. Simple CEL surely won't.

Need more to go on. A LOT more. I, fer one, am not prescient....and me handy Innernet crystal ball was lent to some punk whut dint return it ...

Got those codes read yet? No - not AutoDrone - the scanners they typically use are not sophisticated enough, if there are stored pending codes.

Codes will help drill down to the suspect subsystem/component - e.g the TB. Otherwise it's going to be largely a SWAG.

If it's ETC, a TPS mismatch between the pedal actuator and the TB will most certainly set one or more ETC codes, as an example.

If it's a trans fault, those also require specialized instrumentation to extract trans-specific codes.

Being able to see live data with a competent device will also help - e.g; commanded pedal position versus actual throttle position.

BTW - any mods you haven't noted (e.g. Programmer)? What aboot recent maintenance activity - didje clean the TB, MAF, do any other underhood work? Have ye added any gizmos? Power wash the engine bay? Drive through deep water?

Does it idle @ the correct rpm? And again - Did you try starting off in another fixed gear selection besides 'Drive' ? And again #2 - what does it sound like (any unusual noises?)

Still not much meat on these here bones, dude.... at the rate yer dispensing info, we could be here all year Yer call. If yer unwilling/unable to offer up additional troubleshooting clues and data, you may as well drive it to a dealer.

Lastly - dunno if the Electrical forum is the best place for this - perhaps Engines? Ask a Mod to move the thread if ye wish ...

MGD out.
