I was replacing some bulbs and noticed a small black box mounted to the front part of the car inside the engine compartment just under the air intake on the drivers side. I can't find any info on this box. It looks like it has some sort of relay and a fuse that does not have normal spades. One is normal and the other is perpendicular. Any ideas?

 

Are we supposed to guess as to what you have (year and model)?
