i have a 2002 f150. My remote door lock fob quit working. I replaced the battery and nothing. opened and tried pushing the buttons directly on the circuit board and nothing.

I can order a replacement for under $10, but wanted to make sure that there is nothing on the truck such as a fuse or anything else I should check before replacing the fob.

your fob will have to be reprogrammed....

Odd to read this post at this time. I am sitting here at my bench performing the same repair. I can suspect the buttons, but after this long time (14 years) its probably better to replace the FOB. I found one a Pep Boy's for $14.00.
