My brake lights work, but they don't get brighter when I press on the brake. I tried replacing the bulbs but that didn't work. I'm pretty sure the problem is the brake switch. I need as much detail as possible on how to get to it, remove it, and replace it. Thank you!

 

That doesn't make any sense. Brake lamps are supposed to be either on or off, nothing in between.

Did you check the fuse that supplies power to the brake lamp circuit?
