Starter or starter relay?

1992 F150, never offered to not start before. Lights and power windows are all strong but I just get a loud click when trying to start.

I tried to jump it and still just clicks.

Starter and relay are original, never been changed.

Is there a good way to tell which is bad? Thanks

Yeah, you'll need to follow standard troubleshooting with a meter to see which is the problem.

Jump the fender relay, if the engine starts cranking then you know it is the relay. If you still get the click, also double check your battery and ground connections before replacing the starter.
