Resistors for Aftermarket LED Tail Lights?

Hey guys, I just installed some new tail lights on my truck. It's a 1998 flareside. Once I installed them, my cruise control stopped working.(Cruise control was working before installation) Later a buddy of mine was following me at night and said that he could barely tell when I would hit my brakes since the tails were too bright already. Other than that the tail lights work properly, such as no hyperflashing. These are the LED tail lights that I purchased.

The package did not come with any instructions, but it did come with a very small amount of information.

Stop/Tail Lamp/Turnsignal:20 LED's
Side Marker Lamp:3 LED's
Backup Lamp: 3156, 12.8v, 32CP

I'm pretty sure I need to install resistors in the tail lights but I don't know which ones. If anyone could help me out or point me in the right direction that would be great! Thanks!
