How do you know the fuse ( it is only one ) and the bulbs are good ?

Have to checked the fuse, while installed, on the pins on the back of the fuse ?

Did you check the bulb socket for +VDC.

Both of these need to be done with the key in the run position and the tuck in reverse.
- Engine off, NOT running. Wheels chocked and parking brake on, etc.
