My girl just bought me a plasmaglow firestorm led tailgate light bar it comes with the 4 pin adapter. Got it all wired together and hooked up. now there is two wires left one for a consist 12 volt source and the other the reverse. i tried to put it right to the battery turn the truck on no luck with the light bar. the lights are on when i tired this. all fuses and 7 pin hooks up are good. had dealer check connections they said all works fine. any one have any suggestions or what i might be missing? i have the combo 7 pin 4 pin hitch. dealer said if the 7 pin is hooked up the 4 pin should work. Deff need some help

What does no luck mean ?
- Stop turn only work or the bar does not work ?

Do you know if the brown wire from it is to a known good ground ?
- Where did you splice this ?

Where did you splice the Orange wire to ?
- this is to the stop lamp, which would be the CHMSL or the brake switch direct.

what MY & trim / cab type are you installing this on ?
