Cruise Control/Horn

I recently replaced my heater core on my '97 and after I put the dash back in place, neither my cruise control nor horn work. I do not think this is a clock spring issue b/c everything was working fine prior to pulling my dash.

Anyone have any experience or advice of where to start looking for a fix? Maybe a ground wire?

Check the clock spring connectors to see if you hooked it back up correctly.

Everything appears to be connected properly. I have found that the cruise control servo clicks when I push the horn.
Any ideas before i start Sscully's troubleshooting procedure?
