Brake shift interlock

2002 F-150
Shifter will not engage with brake pedal pressed.
Have to engage E-brake, insert key and turn to lock position and remove. Reinsert key and turn off while pressing brake and it will go to N. I have replaced every fuse possible but not relay.
Interior light, windshield wipers and windows stopped working also. Instrument panel, brake and tail lights and headlights are just fine.

Use your meter or test light to check for power on the BPP ( Brake Pedal Position ) Switch.

The circuit to the shift interlock is Red w/ Light green stripe wire.
- The full circuit is CJB ( aka Central junction box , cab fuse panel ) fuse #15 White with yellow stripe wire to the BPP. When closed, the circuit is completed to the Red w/ Light green stripe wire.

When you press the brake pedal down, the circuit closes and + VDC will be on this circuit to the Shift local actuator.

The other circuit to check for power at the shift lock actuator is Gray with a yellow stripe wire. This will have power all the time from CJB fuse # 6

This will show if the problem is at the Shift interlock / Shift lock actuator or before it.
