i tow a trailer and when im backing it up i use the camera to help line it up-

my problem is the reverese sensor goes crazy cause it senses the trailer as being too close to the truck- I can shut this off correct before i start backing up so it wont annoy the **** out me right??

 

There is a shut off on my 07 .... its a button with a "P" and what looks like sonar waves coming from it I just hit it and it turns them off till you shut the truck off and start it again or hit the button to turn them back on.
