Power windows and dome light suddenly out

Hi guys hows it going? I have a 2002 f 150 4.6L v8 super crew and I have always had issues in the rain. Usually it would be a clicking 4x4 light or something else minor but annoying none the less. Well it rained two days ago and my windows were not cooperating half of the time and I would end up pressing down the power window buttons over and over to get them to work. I got into my truck today and the windows did not work at all. No sound, no smell, no nothing. It is all four windows and the dome light that do not work and I was hoping someone could lead me in the right directions to fix this. I am hoping it is not the GEMS. i already checked the fuses and the battery relay with the horn relax from the engine fuse box and nothing has helped so far. The rest of the truck runs pretty well right now except for the dome light and the powere windows. And after messing with the fuses today I warped one of the holders for so I have to tape it in place or else I cannot get the car out of park. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Could be worse. I just lost wipers, interior lights, power windows, 4x4 switch and can no longer move my truck because the gear shift lockout won't release when I press on the brake pedal.

Luckily (if you can call this situation lucky), I was at home when the gear shift lockout failed. I had just driven back from a friend's camp after having been there all weekend. It could have left me stranded in the middle of the woods a few hundred miles away from home.

Can someone please give me some guidance as to if they think it is the gem module or what the logical steps for diagnosing the problem would be. Thank you

GEM module and/or the fuse box.

Fix the leak first.
