And it seems that none had a definitive resolution.

The fuel gauge on my 06 didn't register the fill up tonight. In the 8 miles from the gas station to home it came up about 1/4 of a tank.

I read all the threads about this problem and most said having the key on while fueling could be the problem. Others said they suspected the level unit.

My key was in my pocket during fueling. I also suspect a level unit issue but haven't verified it yet.

Anyone have the same problem and had a definite solution?
