Lost power on AC, windows, instrument cluster & radio

Truck is a 2004 Ford F150 XLT with 4WD. Drove truck out to farm, ran fine. Sat in field for 3 hours then started it up and there was a short burning smell. Then I noticed the following things were not working:
1) Tach
2) Temp gauge
3) Speedometer
4) Trip computer
5) Power windows
6) Radio
7) Blower will blow, but will not blow cold air for AC

And the airbag flashes when starting up and then stays on. I have checked all the fuses, everything appears fine.

Is there anything I can troubleshoot such as a relay before I take this in to the dealer?

ETA: The airbag light is flashing code 53, Primary Crash Sensor Circuits Resistance to Ground or Air Bag Diagnostic Fault

Update: Replaced battery. Was told the battery was 100% charged, but read as a bad battery. Replcaing the battery did nothing to rectify any of the issues.

I believe I might have solved my own problem, leaving this here for the next guy.

Fuse in position 21 was blown, Cluster Keep Alive Power, 15 amp fuse. I switched it out and everything came back to life. Hopefully it stays unblown.
