Today my 2005 F150 caught fire in my driveway. The truck has Had 76000 miles on it. I have had a problem with the truck draining down the battery if it sat for more then two days in the cold even opened up the truck one day and the heater fan was at full. (have a vido of that) this problem started at about 32000 miles been to two dealers and thay cant find the problem. After the truck was out of the extended warranty. Paid the dealer once to try and find problem thay said that if thay found problem would try to get it under warranty no luck.

Well today I came home from the store and 1/2 hour it was on fire the fire marishal said it started near the gages under the dash. Called Ford I have called befour got noware. Today was told that there is nothing that thay can do because I called my Ins Co.With that attuide like O WELL not even hope you buy a nother Ford.

My wife bought me this truck fo my 50th birthday and I wanted to keep it till I had classic car tages on it. A lot of people saw the truck and could not belive it was a 2005. Upgraded the braks to Drilled and slotted roters with cermick pads. Just put on shorty headers. with a lot of outher upgrades.

I have been a ford man all my life. I hope I like a Ram.
