Have an 03 expo radio shugs off when in gear along with wipers when you pug into park or neutral radio tufns on and wipers work 4x4 and washer lights comes on and then shuts off someone just did a heater core to the truck I think they may have pulled a harness but have not anything out of the norm

 

Found that the GEM module was bad in case someone has the same problem it cost me 325.00

Not sure I did find two of the relays had the contacts burnt up I guess from the GEM module sending power constantly causing the battery to die
