I have a problem with my windshield wipers and the relay between the washing function. The only time I can get the fluid to spray the glass is when I have the turn signal engaged to turn right and pushing down the spray button....any ideas on how to fix this?

 

Most likely need a new harness for the multifunction switch. It is a common problem for other issues as well. I'm guessing its a 97-03?
